After almost 20 years of of weddings and events in New York we have decided to change directions. We would like to thank all of our amazing couples, their families and friends for letting us be a part of such memorable times in your lives.
It’s always breathtaking celebrating at The George Weir Barn at the Lloyd Harbor Historical Society and Galexina and Ralph’s day was just that, breathtaking. Gallie and her girls got ready at her sisters home in Lake Grove and Ralph was in Bayshore with his guys. Gallie wore a stunning David Tutera gown and Ralph and his groomsmen wore tan suits with mint green accents that complimented the bridesmaids dresses. The couple gifted to their bridal party Revo sunglasses which of course made it into some of the fun photos. The beautiful ceremony was held in the gardens behind the Henry Lloyd Manor House and guests enjoyed the cocktail hour and reception in and around the barn. The barn and ceremony site were beautifully decorated with the help of Ralph’s very talented sister. Guests enjoyed characture artists during the event and the D.J.’s kept everyone dancing the entire evening. Congratulations Galaxina and Ralph!
Christine and Drew’s beautiful outdoor wedding at Giorgio’s in Baiting Hollow was a day filled with love. Drew and his groomsmen got ready at the Residence Inn Mariott before heading over to the couple’s first look location The Windmill House in Baiting Hollow. Christine (or Chachi as her family and friends call her) and her girls had their hair and makeup done at her sister’s house in Port Jefferson. All the bouquets were vibrant and Christine’s bouquet held three very special photo charms of loved ones that she held close in her heart. Christine’s sister’s and mom helped her into her stunning wedding gown and shoes; and the elegant diamond stud earrings (a gift from Drew) were the perfect finishing touch. When we arrived at the first look location the excitement was intense and when Drew turned to see his beautiful bride for the first time you could hear the excitement from the bridal party. After some photos at the Windmill House, we took a quick drive up the road to the Sound Avenue Nature Preserve and to Reeves Beach in Riverhead for more fun photos with the bridal party before finishing up with family photos at the venue. The outdoor ceremony was lovely and guests enjoyed an extended cocktail hour before the fun filled reception. Christine shared a special mother daughter dance that brought tears to everyone’s eyes, Drew and his friends enjoyed cigars from the humidor that his dad brought and Peat Moss and the Fertilizers kept the guests dancing all night.
A breathtaking wedding at The Heritage Club at Bethpage (formerly Carlyle on the Green) for Kristen and Chris. It’s always wonderful for us to do multiple family weddings and being a part of these families’ lives has been amazing. Kristen and her girls got ready in the house she grew up in, in Smithtown, N.Y. and there was a peaceful calm in the air during prep. Chris and his groomsmen dressed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Plainview. Kristen’s Pnina Tornai wedding gown and Louboutin shoes were absolutely gorgeous and she looked stunning in them. Kristen’s jewelry all had special meaning to her, she wore the family veil, a bracelet that her sister had given her, a pin with her grandmothers name was pinned onto her bouquet and beautiful diamond stud earrings that Chris had gifted to her as his wedding gift to her. Chris’ gift from Kristen also had special meaning; she gifted him a brick from their alma mater Clemson, which she would have engraved at a later date for him. The ceremony took place in the beautiful St. Patrick’s RC Church in Smithtown. After the ribbon wand exit we took the couple to Blydenburgh County Park for some photos of the new Mr. and Mrs. And then over to Sunken Meadow Stare Park for bridal party photos before heading over to the venue for family portraits.
The reception room’s décor was beautiful with the elegant floral arrangements. Guest had a blast having their photos taken in the Ruby Booth photo booth. After the speeches, Kristen surprised Chris with the guest appearance of the Clemsen school mascot, who got the crowd riled up singing the school song and even joined the band on stage. Kristen and her dad also surprised their family and friends during the father daughter dance when the slow dance music changed to John Fogerty’s song Centerfield. This was a great night of fun and laughter for this amazing fun loving couple.
Christen and Ben’s amazing wedding at the historic Old Field Club was perfect. The day started off at Danford’s Hotel and Spa in the beautiful town of Port Jefferson. Christen and her girls had their hair and makeup done while overlooking the Port Jefferson Harbor from their hotel tower suite and Ben and his groomsmen got ready in the suite below enjoying the same view. After the couple exchanged gifts and cards, Christen slipped into her stunning Demetrios wedding gown and she looked absolutely breathtaking. A few photos at the hotel and it was time to go to St. James RC Church to get married. After the ceremony and some photos up at the altar, we took the newly Mr. and Mrs. to Frank Melville Park for a few photos of the couple before heading over to the Old Field Point Lighthouse for all the bridal party photos. The couple had their family photos taken at the venue in front of the magnificent fireplace. The décor and floral arrangements eloquently dressed the tabletops in the main room. Some of their guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the big outdoor deck overlooking the spectacular view of West Meadow Creek, while other mingled inside still enjoying the same view. MVP Productions kept the dance floor full the entire night with family and friends, not to mention the bride and groom, everyone danced the night away. Congratulations to the happy couple!!
Ashley and Patrick had an elegant winter wedding at the beautiful Cherry Valley Country Club in Garden City, NY. After spending an amazing day out at Lenz Winery in Long Island’s North Fork wine country for their engagement session, I knew their wedding day would be just as great. Bride prep took place at the magnificent Garden City Hotel, where Ashley and her bridesmaids sipped champagne while getting ready for the big day. After the finishing touch ups from hair and makeup, Ashley’s bridesmaids and sister helped her slip into her stunning Maggie Sotterowedding gown and her beautiful Badgley Mischka shoes. A quick first look with her father and it was time to head over to St. Agnes Cathedral in Rockville Center, where Patrick awaited his soon to be wife. The emotion on Patrick’s face was priceless when the doors opened and Ashley and her father started their precession down the aisle. After a beautiful ceremony and the church exit Ashley and Patrick wanted a few photos back inside by their apartment across the street from the church. Ashley and Patrick along with their bridal party endured the brisk air to capture some beautiful photos outside at Cherry Valley before finishing up inside by the fireplace. All of the details around the venue were perfect and the reception room was exquisite with the delicate and chic floral arrangements, a stunning cake and décor. During the reception the couple had a stunning live painting done by Andy of Celebration Paintings, which captured their beautiful day. The couple and guests kept the dance floor filled the entire evening with the incredible East Coast Band; it truly was a spectacular day.
