Laughter filled the entire day of Stefanie and Jack’s wedding. The day started off at the beautiful water front home Stefanie grew up in, in Oakdale. Stefanie was surrounded by her family and brides maids as her hair and make-up were being done. Jack would be coming to her house for them to have their first look out on the back dock. Her sisters and mom helped her get into her beautiful Nicole Miller gown and Stefanie did a quick first look with her dad before going out to the dock see Jack. Their family and bridal party watched from the deck as Stefanie and Jack did their reveal. It was a truly sweet moment knowing that Stefanie and Jack had been together since they were fifteen and the emotions when seeing each other were filled with tears and giggles. We took some photos overlooking the water at the house, before heading to Bayard Cutting Arboretum for more family and bridal party photos.
The wedding ceremony and reception were at Captain Bill’s in Bayshore, NY. As Erin Hill played the harp, Stefanie walked down the aisle towards her soon to be husband Jack. They wrote their own vows, which brought laughter and tears to many guests eyes. The couple also tied a fisherman’s knot to symbolize their unity. The reception room looked elegant with the beautiful floral arrangements and spectacular wedding cake with a nautical touch. The couple did a choreographed fun dance after being introduced into the reception that wowed their guests. Stefanie and Jack and their guests love to dance, laugh and have fun and they definitely did!
